AndOr is an AI-first technology company. Through andor.in, we provide:

Pricing models referenced on the website (Discovery Sprint, Proof of Concept, Production Build, Managed AI Operations, advisory engagements) are indicative. Actual scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and warranties are defined exclusively in the written agreement signed by AndOr and the customer.
Any commitments expressed on this website (including any refund language relating to Discovery Sprints) are subject to and qualified by the specific terms of that written agreement. Marketing copy on this website does not constitute an enforceable promise on its own.
7. Confidentiality
Information you provide to us in connection with a prospective or active engagement, and which is identified as confidential or which a reasonable person would understand to be confidential, will be treated as confidential by AndOr. We will use such information only for the purpose for which it was disclosed and will not share it with third parties except as required by law or as expressly permitted by a separate written agreement (such as a mutual NDA or Master Services Agreement).
8. Disclaimers & warranties
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AndOr disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India. Where you engage AndOr under a separate written agreement, the governing-law and dispute-resolution clauses of that agreement will prevail over this section.
